HQT-2022 is an oil soluble borate ester that is an effective antiwear additive, which has excellent antiwear,antifriction and antioxidation performances. It also has excellent synergistic effects with other EP antiwear additives, including Thiophosphate, thiocarbamate and thiadiazole alkyl derivatives.
HQT-2022 is a boron-containing antiwear additive that does not contain phosphorus, sulfur, or metallic elements. It is an effective antiwear additive, by itself or in combination with other antiwear/EP additives, which is an ideal antiwear additive for the formulation of low sulfur, ash, and phosphorus (SAP) engine oils, or other lubricant applications in which these elements are restricted.
HQT-2022 is an ashless organic friction reducer for engine oils, industrial oils, gear oils and greases. It also functions as an excellent antiwear additive by itself or in combination with other antiwear additives. This additive is also sulfur and phosphorus-free.
