Description
HQT-2820/HQT-2823/HQT-2835 as ester type base oil specially for internal combustion engine oils is refined by the special treatment process after the reaction between neopenyl polyol with saturated fatty acid under a certain special process conditions. These series of ester-type base oils are especially suitable for the use as the raw material of the engine oils with the viscosity grade 0W/16,0W/30,0W/40,0W/50 and so on. They can be used with PAO,GTL oil and Group III hydrogenation oils(Blended with PAO or GTL, recommended dosage is 5~15%).
This series of ester-type base oils belong to steric hindrance polyol esters, which have excellent oxidation stability, good antiwear performance, and excellent dissolution ability. They can swell the sealing materials, dissolve the insoluble additives, which can keep the additive stay balance. They can dissolve the carbon deposition, which can ensure the engine to keep clean.
Internal combustion engine oils formulated with these neopentyl polyol ester have longer oil change period and higher fuel economy. This kind of ester-type base oils can well adsorb on the friction interface because of their high polarity, working well at the moment of operation (90% of mechanical wear occurs at the start moment). HQT-2820/HQT-2823/HQT-2835 ester-type esters have the excellent oxidation stability with low volatility and low carbon residue, high lubricity, low friction performance and excellent fuel economy.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer?

Q2: How do you control your product quality?
First, we are picking and testing samples from every step through the whole production lines, and there are several different inspectors to test the samples to guarantee the correct data.
Second, we have our own Q&C center to pick up and keep the samples from every batch in order to trace the quality when our clients have questions.
Third, the third part can be also acceptable for choosing.

our MOQ is 4 drums loaded on one pallet or one IBC tank
Q4. What is your term of packing?
For lubricant additives, our packing is usually 200L metal drum, other packings such IBC tank can be also provided according to clients' needs.
Q5. What is your payment term?
T/T in advance, L/C is acceptable.
And our regular payment term is that T/T 30% as the deposit, and 70% against the photos for the accomplishment of the productions and packages before the delivery.
